Refunds & Returns
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our product and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.

To start the return process, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the unopened product. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Exchanges & Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace defective products at no additional cost.

1-Year Warranty
All Cleancheekz portable bidets come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or regular wear and tear.

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it, including a free replacement if necessary.
